Postage Costs, Returns & Cancellations
You can choose between two types of shipping: Greek Post or DHL Courier, depending on what you think is best for your order. The postage cost depends on the total combined weight of your order and the destination, and is automatically calculated by the system. The most cost-effective shipping solution is the Greek Post. You can contact us via e-mail BEFORE you have completed your order if you would like to have your order dispatched using any other method.
Dispatch in Greece
Your order will be dispatched to the address you have indicated in your account through the greek post or courier company. Your order will be processed as soon as possible, after it has been confirmed and your payment has been received.
Dispatch outside Greece
Deligrecious.com dispatches greek products all around the world. The order processing goes through a series of steps until your package is shipped, and you are fully notified (via e-mail) for any and all changes to your order status as they occur.
Your orders can be processed only when the following terms apply:
Deligrecious.com reserves the right to change prices at any time and without warning.
An invoice can be issued for business customers, at the customer’s request.
A product can be returned only if it is evidently faulty or if a different product has been delivered to you by mistake. Any returned products must be received by Deligrecious.com in their original packaging, without having being used. In this case a return can be accepted as long as you have contacted us within 7 days of the order delivery date. Deligrecious.com will review returned products and, when approved, will replace it with a new one, after contacting you first. The shipping costs of the return are payable by the customer, and of the replacement item by Deligrecious.com. In the case where a returned product is not accepted by Deligrecious.com due to the fact that the fault of the product is not by production, rather by “bad use” by the customer, the shipping cost for sending the same product back to the customer is payable by the customer.
Any photographs published on Deligrecious.com are intended to depict a product as best as possible. However, it is possible that there might be some differences – due to the constant addition and removal of products, differences however that do not mean that the actual properties of the product are different than advertised. In no case can Deligrecious.com accept product returns with the claim that the product did not match the published photograph / picture, especially when the published attributes of the product have not changed. Returns can also not be accepted for the reason that the product does not attain any properties which, while not included in the product description & characteristics, the customer mistakenly thinks they are (all product characteristics are included in the product description and should not be assumed from the product photograph / picture).
Finally, returns can also not be accepted when the customer did not find the type, colour, or size of the product to be of their liking and also for products not purchased from Deligrecious.com.
